Panama Missions Trip

I am excited to share a special opportunity with you—our church’s first documentary film project, which could mark the beginning of a new ministry dedicated to bringing God glory through filmmaking. This fall, we are planning a trip to Panama to produce a documentary on the ministry of Brother Robert Creech, highlighting the incredible work the Lord has done and continues to do there.

As a first step, I would like to gauge interest from those who may feel led to be part of this project. This will be a unique type of missions trip, with a focus on film production, but it will still be a hands-on, spiritually enriching experience.

Documentary Film Proposal: "Answering the Call – The Ministry of Brother Robert Creech in Panama" Trip Details & Team Requirements:

Duration: Two weeks in Fall 2025 Location: Panama (various ministry locations)

Team Needs: We are looking for hardworking individuals with a spirit of adventure who are flexible and willing to serve. While experience or interest in videography, photography, sound recording, writing, editing, lighting, or storytelling is a plus, the most important qualifications are a heart for missions and a willingness to serve in whatever capacity is needed.

This trip will be in Early October for 11 days.

Looking forward to seeing how the Lord leads!

Last months on staff | February and March 2025

In 2024, I had the opportunity to take two survey trips to different parts of the Middle East to seek God’s will regarding where He would have me go to learn the Arabic language and culture. While Egypt seemed like a possibility due to its affordability, the dialect and culture differ significantly from the Gulf countries, where God has burdened my heart. Additionally, Egypt presents more uncertainty with visa options and fewer opportunities for sustainable financial support.

After much prayer, counsel, and discussion with my pastor, the deacons, and fellow missionaries, I am excited to share the next steps God has opened for me.

On April 16th, I will be leaving to Beirut, Lebanon to assist Noah George and his ministry there. During this time, I will have the chance to build valuable connections and gain firsthand insight into ministry strategies and cultural adaptation. This will also give me the opportunity to learn from Noah and explore potential future ministry partnerships.

Following my time in Beirut, I will travel to Dubai. My plan is to stay for several months, immersing myself in the culture, building relationships, and seeking the Lord’s direction regarding whether to remain in Dubai long-term or spend time in Saudi Arabia before making further decisions on my next steps.

My Goals During This Time: Learn Arabic fluently to minister effectively. Understand Gulf and Muslim culture to build meaningful connections. Seek God’s direction for future ministry locations and opportunities. Share the gospel with those I encounter. Teach and disciple believers already in contact with missionaries. Establish business connections to create sustainable avenues for ministry. I deeply value your prayers and support as I move forward with this calling. I am trusting the Lord to open doors, provide guidance, and bear fruit for His glory.

Romans 15:20 “Yea, so have I strived to preach the gospel, not where Christ was named, lest I should build upon another man's foundation.”

Please pray specifically for:

God’s protection and provision during travel. Divine appointments with open hearts. Clarity and wisdom in discerning the next steps. Strength and effectiveness in language learning. Thank you for your faithfulness, encouragement, and prayers. I am excited to see how God will work through this next chapter of ministry.

1 Thessalonians 5:24 “Faithful is he that calleth you, who also will do it.”

Heading to the Middle-East

Pray With Me About God’s Calling to the Middle East

I humbly ask for your prayers as I seek God’s will and timing for a calling that has become increasingly clear in my life. Over the past years, God has burdened my heart for the people of the Middle East, particularly in countries like Saudi Arabia and Yemen. These nations, long seen as unreachable, are now more open than ever, offering unprecedented opportunities for the gospel.

This burden comes from the darkness I was once trapped in—the same darkness I now see in others. Before Jesus, I was broken and hopeless. No one ever sat me down and showed me the simplicity of salvation. When I read Romans 10:9-13 after being saved, I was shocked. It says:

"That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved."

I couldn’t believe no one had ever explained it to me. I was 21, addicted to alcohol and drugs, living as a criminal. I constantly broke the law, stealing, fighting, and getting arrested. I was violent, angry, and ashamed of the life I was living. I know sharing this might make people hesitant to trust that I’ve changed, but I share it because it shows the power of God’s redemption.

God set me free. Through prayer, preaching, meditating on His Word, and obedience to serving Him, my life was transformed. I started attending every church service and activity. The way I spoke and walked became unrecognizable. I had no skills or education—I dropped out of high school in 10th grade—but by God’s grace, I graduated college, developed skills for earning a living, and gained tools to spread the gospel.

Psalm 40:2 became my anthem: "He brought me up also out of an horrible pit, out of the miry clay, and set my feet upon a rock, and established my goings."

I couldn’t believe there was an alternative life for me—a life with purpose, hope, and joy. And now, the same people I once saw as enemies—those from the Arab world—are the people God is calling me to reach. I once watched in terror as the Twin Towers fell and saw my brothers fight in Iraq and Afghanistan. But Romans 10:12 reminds me:

"For there is no difference between the Jew and the Greek: for the same Lord over all is rich unto all that call upon him."

God commands us to go into all the world. These are not just nations or ideologies; they are people—people trapped in the same darkness and hopelessness I once knew.

Last year in Dubai, I witnessed a church meeting in a hotel conference room, filled with believers from across Asia and Africa. Dubai’s openness to Christianity stems partly from its goal to be a global travel hub, but it’s also a unique opportunity for the gospel to reach people from places like Saudi Arabia and Yemen. Even Saudi nationals I spoke with in Dubai acknowledged the changes happening in their country, inspired by Dubai’s example.

My Arabic teacher, a Saudi native, has shared how her homeland is becoming more open. This aligns with what God has been showing me. I believe He is calling me to begin in Dubai—a safe starting point for reaching the Middle East. With a business visa, I could live there long-term, establish connections, and begin ministry efforts.

My brother in Christ, Dan Hillerson, is ready to join this mission. A faithful servant of Christ and a Bible College graduate, Dan has a heart for discipleship and ministry. Together, we aim to plant a church in Dubai, with the hope of reaching surrounding nations like Saudi Arabia and Yemen.

God has used my testimony to prepare me for this. Romans 8:28 reminds us: "And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose."

The pain and sorrow I experienced growing up had a purpose. God knew the future. He allowed my struggles to shape me for this calling. As I read Romans 8:14-15, I was reminded that I must not fear but follow His Spirit: "For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, they are the sons of God. For ye have not received the spirit of bondage again to fear; but ye have received the Spirit of adoption, whereby we cry, Abba, Father."

I am trusting His timing and leadership as I step forward in faith. Please pray with me as I seek to obey His call to shine His light into the darkness of the Middle East. May we go boldly, knowing that the same God who shined His light into our hearts will do the same for others (2 Corinthians 4:6). Thank you for your prayers and support as I pursue His will.

Pakistan Missions Trip

Pakistan: I arrived in Pakistan early November. There is a new church that brother Jacob’s ministry started in a city called SAMUNDRI and they had their 2nd anniversary service. There were many visitors and lost people who attended the service and heard the gospel.

While in the city I was asked to give my testimony many times and preach at many locations. Brother Jacob translated for me. Many people speak English, but those who do do not understand everything. I presented the gospel every chance I got.

While we spent time in Samundri, brother Jacob’s family and I stayed with the pastor and his family. They recently moved there to start that church a few years before out of Defense Baptist Church in Karachi.

The first Sunday morning I was asked to preach at a non baptist church. Brother Jacob said it would be a good opportunity to preach the gospel so I did. The Lord lead me to preach from Luke 16. I was able to preach on hell and salvation. Praying the Lord will use the message to save souls!

The Lord allowed me to preach later that day at Koga Baptist church which is the church we were there had the anniversary.

The next day the father of the pastors wife asked to Bible study with pastor Jacob and I. We visited him the next morning and he said he has been very convicted by the preaching and wanted to be saved.

Pastor Jacob allowed me to have the honor to present the gospel to him and lead him to the Lord as pastor Jacob translated. He has heard the gospel many times and we warned him about false professions and wrong motives for salvation. He was urgent to receive Christ so he did that. Pray he will be baptized. He has been faithful to church for the last 3 weeks. His name is Akbob.

My Calling In Christ

The Lord has me in Scotland preaching and covering for our Missionary, Don Clough. Scotland has been a place the Lord has burdened me about since I was redeemed in 2013. I could never have dreamed the Lord would give me the opportunity to preach and teach in Scotland when I was first saved. I am thankful for the opportunity to serve the church here and a dear missionary we support. The people in the church are kind and friendly.

I remember in 2013 when the Lord began working on my heart about being a missionary only months after my salvation. First, the Holy Spirit led me to surrender to Europe, and I believed that might be God's direction for my future ministry, but it only took a few years for me to see that was not it. I then submitted to Africa, and that was not easy, but after visiting Botswana on my first mission trip in 2017, that also did not seem to be the direction God wanted me long term.

Obedience is better than sacrifice. The Lord gives many burdens, but a burden is different from a calling. Paul wrote about many of his burdens, and even Jesus had many burdens, but they also had a course and direction to follow, which sometimes didn't directly align with their burden.

In 2018, just before completing my studies, I had a recruiter trying to get me into China as a teacher. I wasn't sure if it was from the Lord or not since it seemed to fall on my lap. The goal was to be ready and willing to go where ever and whenever. I spent a few months preparing myself, and I surrendered to China, but it soon seemed it wasn't God's direction either as the doors to China closed.

In 2019 I visited the Middle East. I served with many preachers and missionaries there. This was the last place (in my flesh) I would desire to go and live. Since 2019 I have visited many Muslim countries, and God has allowed me to serve in many local churches along with helping missionaries in these places.

Spending extended periods on the field has helped me understand the culture and regions better. My heart desires to learn the language and reach Muslims in these dark corners of the world with the gospel. I believe that is ultimately God's calling for my life.

For now, I continue to do my best to help churches in the USA with videos that can be used for outreach and other resources I am blessed to serve in countries of my heritage.

Acts 1:8 teaches believers to reach their inner circles and then even unto people groups that are foreign to them. Seeing this happen in my own life is exciting. I am praying for lasting fruit and not just the opportunity to preach.

I tell you all this because since God gave me a new life in Christ in 2013, He has continued to do that good work that He promised (Phil. 1:6). He gave me a vision of my purpose in Him and living out that vision is the greatest reward I could be given. I want to see all come to Christ, especially those who live in dark and suppressed countries.

Scotland 2023

I am now serving in Scotland after arriving late last week. I have been having a rough first few days unable to sleep properly, but I’m hoping I will be back to normal soon. I usually never have this problem, but a bunch of things have kept me from getting back on a good schedule.

However I am extremely thankful for the opportunity I have been given to preach and teach at the church here in northern Scotland. Since I surrendered to preach and be a missionary I have desired to do outreach in Scotland since this is where part of my heritage roots from here.

After Sunday Morning Message. Not Everyone in attendance was in the photo.

How did this opportunity present itself?

Well, this is one of the blessings of being single still, although my desire always has been to be married. God put it on my heart last year to reach out to Don Clough, a missionary my church supports. Since I was traveling to Ireland last year for a few months for the production of the Film "Slave to Servant," I made plans to visit Brother Clough to be an encouragement to his ministry and help with outreach efforts.

Unfortunately, my accident in Ireland happened days before I was supposed to visit Scotland, so I could not go, being laid up in bed recovering from my ankle fracture. But God, in His great wisdom, had plans for me to come this year instead. It worked out well because Brother Clough needed someone to cover for him as he returned to the States in May and June 2023. It's great to have opportunities like this that help me understand my life's purpose in Christ.

I am excited to do outreach projects that are constantly enriching experiences, especially in Scotland, with its rich history and culture. It's an opportunity to make a real difference in people's lives, to connect with the local community, and to share the message of hope and love. It can also be a chance to learn and grow, to gain a deeper understanding of my relationship with Christ and the ministry. I am sure Christ will do a lot in my heart and life as I serve here, and I hope to develop new skills and abilities.

Whether preaching, teaching, serving, or simply being present and listening, serving with a church and doing outreach projects can be a transformative experience that has a lasting impact on me and the individuals I meet. I also want to make a difference for Christ in the surrounding communities.

My first duty will be preaching for the Sunday and Wednesday night messages. This is something I am excited to do as I will have my first opportunity to preach every week at church consistently. Studying God's Word and searching the scriptures to teach and preach is rewarding, and I am passionate about that. I pray my efforts in preaching Christ and His Word faithfully will make a difference.
